Real Estate, Land Use and Zoning

Real Estate includes land and anything permanently affixed to the land, such as buildings, fences and those things attached to the buildings. Land Use and Zoning deals with regulations on how persons can structure, design, and ultimately use their real estate.

Thompson Law Office represents clients in transferring property, either by deed or contract. Tom Thompson has experience in zoning as he has served as attorney for both the Union County Area Plan Commission and the Union County Board of Zoning Appeals.
